Enter your Username and Identification number and follow these steps to reset your password.

Step 1: Send code to phone

Enter the CAPTCHA and press send to receive a code on your mobile phone for the next step.
Please allow up to a couple of minutes for the sms to go through.

Step 2: Reset password

Enter the code received on your mobile phone from the previous step and the new password and press save to save the password.

The new password should be a combination of an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a numeric character and a special character (!@#$%^&+=*/?). It should also be minimum 8 characters and maximum 10 characters long.
